List Your Property For Free on Inn Properties
Inn Properties’ website is top of the pile for most search terms to do with buying a hospitality property in Southern Africa. It is consistently top of the search results for terms such as “guest house for sale” or “lodge for sale” in South Africa in the big search engines. It is normally the first place people look when they are wanting to buy a tourism property in Southern Africa.
So if you are selling your guest house or lodge it makes sense for you to advertise your property on Inn Properties.
Inn Properties now offers individual sellers and agents the opportunity to list their property(ies) for sale on the Inn Properties website absolutely free. All enquiries will come directly to you and you can choose how much or how little information is displayed. Free listings appear in the general search results, in the provincial listings and are listed as ‘Latest Properties” on the bottom of the home page until they are pushed off by newer listings.
If you prefer the greater exposure of the “Featured Property” option, the cost is only R195.00 per property for a period of six months. Featured properties are rotated on the top of the Inn Properties home page for maximum exposure.
There is no difference in the quantity or size of images that may be used in a free listing and in a featured listing.
The listing process is very simple. Just click on the button on the top right hand side of this page which says “Submit Property” then fill in the form, remembering that this information is going to appear on the website. Only include information that you are happy for everyone to know.
Once you have filled in the form, choose either the Standard or Featured Listing option and then click the “Review Your Listing” button. If you are happy with your listing then go ahead and publish it.
If you have decided to opt for the Featured Listing option, you will need to deposit ZAR195.00 into our account.
The final and most vital step is to tell us that you have listed your property. Each listing is individually checked to ensure that we do not have any spam or duplicate listings and that quality of our website is maintained.
It may take 24 hours to check your listing and publish it to the website but usually this is done much quicker.
